We
now support Palm eBooks!
We have finally added
Palm eBooks to our formats. It has been a struggle, but we do now
have the ability to generate Palm eBooks for all of our
offerings. These are available through most of the on-line
eBook sellers who offer Palm. One reseller, Powell's,
offers all our books in all of our formats. Others just offer
the POD or one or two of the eBook formats, so we urge you to search
your favorite on-line bookshops for the format that is for you.
Our
new books!
Well,
it's 2006, and we have an exciting year ahead of us. So far we
have published Negrita and The Rule, and
now we are pleased to add a 1942 nostalgia novel about the home
front in America, where people had to defend their very homes with
whatever was at hand just as the Minute Men had at Lexington and
Concord.
During the first year
of the war for America, German U-boats operated virtually unopposed
all along the Atlantic sea coast, sinking ships within sight of people on
the shore. This led to a number of drastic actions, including using
small aircraft to search for and attack the U-boats. That was
the task of the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) who operated small
private aircraft in dangerous conditions and are credited with
destroying U-boats. How many is still being argued today, but
the fact is they did make life more difficult for the U-boats and
held them at bay until America was better prepared militarily.
Sea Eagle
is both a tribute to the CAP and a testament to the men on both
sides of the battle that was fought in sight of America's coastline
during that year.
